Turboprops are more efficient than jets. On a 2 hour trip they can be as fast as they don’t go as high so no climb/descent. Yet even in the smaller aircraft jets are readily available but there are no 100 plus turbo airliners. if these were deployed airlines would save on greenhouse gases and fuel. Anyone tried a 737/A320 conversion?
