When completed, Al Maktoum International airport will be the largest in the world.
One runway has been completed and five more are planned. Operating 24 hours per day, I calculate the maximum number of planes would be 1152 PER day!;)

It only just beats King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It takes up some 81 square miles!!
