In view of the number of vintage aircraft visiting Lashenden it has been decided to start a thread for the comings and goings
On a quiet Sunday there were two interesting visitors
Hangar 11 Collections Hurricane BE505 (G-HHII) stopped off for fuel on its way to the continent

My tickets already arrived, nice relaxing day at the little airfield with close flying being my very local aerodrome. Then off to DX on the sunday 🙂

After several quiet weeks Lashenden was again graced by aircraft of the BBMF when Hurricane LF363 & Spitfire P7350 landed to refuel.

The Battle of Britain Airshow & ball is on Saturday 11th July. 4 Spitfires & 4 Hurricanes (2 of each from the BBMF) 2 Buchons, 2 Harvards, 3 Tiger Moths, Jackaroo, Cornell, Storch, & the Blenheim. The Lashenden Air Warfare Museums Fieseler Fi103R-4 Reichenberg will be on display outside of the museum.

Aero Legends North American Aviation T6G flew for the first time in three years today, alongside The Aircraft Restoration Company’s Harvard. Both aircraft flew to Duxford, the T6G will return to Lashenden shortly.
