Last Blenheim pilot celebrates 100th birthday

Nice article in local paper a few days back concerning Len Trevallion. Last surviving Blenheim pilot as well as having led a highly interesting life in the police force.

Happy to hear that Len Trevallion isn’t the last! Should have known not to quote a newspaper directly lol. I guess Oldest Surviving WW2 Blenheim pilot would be more accurate then. Unless…

My friend Tony Tubbenhauer is still alive and well in Australia. Blenheims (I, IV and V), notably at Sharjah in 1942 with 244 Squadron.

As a member of the Blenheim society I feel that several of our older members would like to reply and say
“HEY We Are still here “
Another nice article badly research by a publisher

Also I think john romain and lee proud foot may hope to be in the same category as former and soon to be current blenheim pilots
