Hi all, just got back from Cyprus, very hot and had a great time! 😀
Flew on 742 Air Atlanta from MAN to Paphos, all prettty much on time and very good service.
The return flight (EUK477) was this particular aircraft’s very last passenger flight, it’s off to California now to reside in the desert 🙁 so I felt very previledged and also got quite sad along with the crew, as this old girl had loads of character (wear) after 25years in service.
However, the crew made no secret of the fact they were going to do a bit of souvenier aquisitioning before getting off 😮
Can’t for the life me remember the reg now (tf-???), but I’m sure one of you guys will be able to enlighten us.
I’ve posted some pics below, note the second one I was a bit short on legroom :dev2: . You really get to apreciate the size of these birds when have to embark/disembark with the steps at Paphos.
Cheers all
Kev
P.s. The landing was the heaviest I have ever had after 20 years of passenger flying, even the cabin crew looked concerned. It slammed down with such a thump, some of the oxygen masks deployed 😮 😮 😮 😮
