Got my ticket for the on site parking. I went because I had not been since the last air show and just wanted to take a good look so did not take many pictures. Still well worth going.
I went back to my car before the Vulcan took off to beat the rush. The Vulcan taxi and take off shots were photographed between the bars of the fence in car park just yards from my car for a quick exit.
I do hope there is an air show at Coventry next year. The ‘crowd line’ layout looked very airshowish even though it was not an air show.
I hope it is not the last public event to see the Vulcan flying at and hope it displays again next year. As it was taxiing in front of the AIRBASE hanger it struck me that it would make a perfect place for the winter breaks.
Just a few quick pics.
