At page 3 a good article about AESAs. Some points (aside the infos already gone public so far):
-the Australian Wedgetail AWACS use a power of 360 kW to operate the MESA radar.
-an fighter AESA has 3-4 times the output enrgy of a traditional radar (MSA or PESA)
