Think the grey nose is from the old livery. Damage may have forced a quick replacement. I understand any of the A32X aircraft noses are interchangeable.
Look at the standard airbus nose wheel tilt on the first BMI pic. Odd looking.

Im sure that they have just bought them two new choppers. They have been there for some time now in not a month or two? As my aircadet building is based behind that white tent, we often see a great range of choppers in and out!
