Hey chaps,
Have you heard the news today?
The War Graves Commission cemetery outside Le Touquet which contains the bodies of British airmen, soldiers and sailors who gave their lives liberating the French from their Nazi oppressors has been desecrated.
Slogans such as “Rostbifs go home” have been daubed on walls and headstones.
I would imagine that the vast majority of the ‘residents’ would heartily have wished they could. More so now.
I can only hope this is the action of an unrepresentative and misguided minority.

Rostbif is an affectionate term of abuse the French have for the English / British
Much as we call them ‘frogs’ based on diet
= Roast Beef

This is a disgusting incident. Have people no respect these days.
I have to ask though, what is a ‘Rostbif’ ?

Agreed 100% Mogs; I’d like to get those responsible for this alone in a quiet corner somewhere, and instruct them as to exactly where their arrogant country would be today if it weren’t for the ‘Rostbifs’. 😡 😡 😡
