Legalising Drugs

So lets debate it.
I will copy and paste my answer from the other thread.

Legalise all drugs for those of 18 or over provided

1 They sign a disclaimer that the NHS will revive them only.

2 No surgery or treatment for problems brought on by drug misuse

3 Any crime caused by drug users is subject to a mandatory 5 year minimum prison sentence

4 They are entered on a drugs register and finger printed(to keep tabs on them,get prescriptions and stop them getting treatment away from home)

5 Using dugs will not be allowed as a valid excuse in law to get a lighter sentence.

6 Obviously none of the following doe not apply to those who are prescribed drugs for other illnesses just so called “recreational drugs”

Anyone found dealing drugs should also have a mandatory term of 10 years to life.
