Let's all calm down please.

I think Ja’s situation has become untenable at the moment and we now have people threatening to leave left, right and centre. How’s this for a suggestion:

Ja, Hind and Bomberman. Maintain your positions on this forum but restrict your posts to aviation topics only. Hind and Bomberman, you take umbrage at Ja’s tone and content, as you appear to do with one or two other people on the forum. As the enlightened and educated individuals you claim to be you should be able to rise above that. Let’s have no further outbursts of aggression. If the purpose of the forum is to educate and inform, I have to say I don’t feel I have learned anything about aviation from Hind and Bombermans posts. If they would like to educate me I’m only too eager to learn. Learn as I have from the likes of Elp, Ja, Skythe, Geforce, Heechee, Rabie and too many others to name. There is room enough for everyone……

The situation has spiralled out of control and I can see all too clearly the end of this forum. That’s ok for those who like posting on other forums but it’s going to leave a lot of people feeling very miserable and undervalued.

Ja, if things are getting this serious you should consider informing the relevant authorities so that a serious investigation can take place. You also need to refrain from attacking those you believe are responsible. Everyone should remember the phrase about being innocent until proven guilty. Under such trying circumstances it may be best for you to leave for a while, your health and your family have to be your main concern.

Please, for the sake of everyone who enjoys this forum, let’s not destroy it, as I’ve said, I’ve learned a lot in the few months I have been here and enjoyed the discussions I’ve had with people. I never thought I’d ever be able to discuss the Falkland Islands with an Argentinian (Heechee), but I did and learned a lot. That is something I definitely don’t want to lose.
