I just remembered something last night out of the blue. About 2 or 3 years ago were at Luton airport. Can’t remember dates or time of the day but I believe we were going to Palma on holiday. Anyway, we were in the main hall before crossing passport control, where the ‘restaurant’ area is. I was drinking my coffee and looking at the arrivals monitor, and I noticed one of the arrivals listed was coming from Gatwick.
Could this be right or was it an error? A helicopter airport link perhaps, or a diverted flight? I should’ve written down the flight number but didn’t and promptly forgot…
Would private flights be listed on the arrivals monitor?

This would have been a positioning flight, brining across an aircraft at LGW for a flight to LTN. These shouldn’t show up on the arrivals screens, but often do.
