If aircraft are taking off on Heathrow’s 27L, I guess they are taking off towards the west. If so, is it possible to get head on shots from the Western Perimeter road ?

No harm in trying, but I wouldnt be at all surprised if get moved on by the police, especially if you are up against the perimter fence!
