Here’s a clip of this aircraft taxiing at Omaka in 2003, it seems to have had a repaint since then.

Reading the heading I thought you were talking about the Lincoln-Page (a license-built copy of the well-known Swallow) and later, Lincoln, line of aircraft made in Nebraska in the 20s and early 30s. All were certified types with factory production.

Radford Lincoln Sports ZK-BMV
Built from plans by Alex Radford, Palmerston North.
Initially had Radford design/built 3cyl motor. F/f Milson unregistered 21Sep40.
Broke wing when hit fence during f/l after engine failure 1941, pilot Alf Long.
Sold Lew Findlay, Palmerston North, who did not rebuild.
Sold 1946 for 24 pounds to Paul Legge, Feilding. Stored at Feilding aerodrome.
Sold Trevor V Laugesen, Wanganui. Rebuilt with 40hp Bristol Cherub & reg as ZK-BMV Jul1959.
Passed to Laugesen Estate, Wanganui after Trevor killed in Bensen B.7 Gyrocopter ZK-HAM 14Apr1963.
Sold G S Smith, Auckland.
Sold H W McNair, Albany October 1983
To R J L McNair, Manurewa December 1991
To S A Tantrum, Levin September 2000 for Blenheim Aviation Museum – stored Levin & reg canc 14Jul2004
To Fit and Proper People Syndicate, Rangiora & re-reg ZK-BMV 21Nov2006 for rebuild to airworthy.

I have learned the current owners intend to put it in the air. There is some minor work to be done and inspections to be carried out.
I dont know how long it will be at the Ashburton museum.
