yeah it is busy enough indeed there was something on approach at all times all day, just mostly TAP!… no tease on the TAAG 777 unfortunately ๐ sat watching it all day willing it go for an engine run down the runway…no such luck, then when it got towed over to stand it was still behind that bleeding fence! then the runway changed for the third time and i sat at 03 end till half seven hoping to catch it going out again to no avail ๐ก i have to say it’s one of the best looking 777’s i’ve seen (imo)

Cheers ๐
Aye there was one or two biz, highlight being the Angolan Govt ERJ.
TBH LIS is not a mentally busy airport for a capital city, obviously loads of TAP, and quite a few EZY’s.
Those PGA Fokker’s have seen a bit of mileage ๐
I thinks it a busy airport but busy in the sense not much variety, was docked last year on a cruise ship and was watching aircraft all day whilst on deck, traffic was high but a lot of the same.
Cracking pics as per normal Mr Tartanpics.

Shame about the TAAG 777 behind the fence. I thought you were teasing us with that one then have a full framer taxiing past in a later picture. Good shots there !

PGA was taken over a year or two ago by TAP. They now serve as a feeder.
There you go, I should research before making myself look silly, again. ๐ฎ

You’d think SATA and PGA would be good for a merger. SATA with the longer euopean and atlantic island routes, and PGA with it’s intra-Portugal and Spain flying. I do agree, the SATA scheme is nice. I wonder how long the metallic paint will last.

Fantastic pics there Tartan, well done and thanks for sharing.:)
I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again…that SATA Airlines livery is a thing of beauty.

Some nice shots on the three posts Scotty. Lisbon seems to be quite busy with the biz jets, and PGA hasn’t changed for years – they seem to just pootle along, not expanding or changing.
