I did not get a copy of the printed programme.

Buy the programme, it not only swells the money to go to charity, it also lets you know whats going on 😀

Ian Austin used to instruct at Little Gransden. He’s put a lot of effort into expanding his career and now flies a Citation for a living. He was also displaying the Jet Provost.

That’s the one, flown by Ian Austin doing his second display of the day. Obviously some people don’t read/listen!
Throroughly enjoyable show, I’m glad it was a success.

It was a great event. It was my first time there and i live so close. I realy enjoyed the flying but was slightly confused by the appearance of the buisness jet as i was leaving.
I was standing right up by the end of the Runway with the guys running the engines and there did seem to be some traffic problems towards the end for the people trying to get the classic cars out.

Fantastic Dave! Keep up the good work. And to think that all the pilots/owners do this for charity – marvellous! Huge thanks to them for their generosity too.

😀 A big thanks to all those that volunteered and the owners. Also a big thanks to the chap [one of the stewards] we saw running from one end of the airfield to the other when he realised there were large tailbacks on the road waiting to get in and he managed to get another person to take the money at the entrance to speed things up. 🙂
A great day, good job job the weather obliged better than today. 😮

I’m hoping to get there this year, as I missed last year. AF Junior was VERY impressed with the noise Janie made in 2004……….

Did he hear the noises Manonthefence and I made at the end? You should have been able to hear them from the ground … 😮

Dave: How many vintage/classic cars attended last year?

I love the ground running Merlin, but it may be an idea to keep it a little further away from the runway. Sadly it blocked the sound of the Mustang landing. 🙁 .

Apart form that, last year was as fabulous as ever.

I have heard requests from the pilot ranks that a pilot tent would be much appreciated. I made enquiries about the cost and it sounds like an expensive option.
