Anyone know if MYT are going to have paint all theyre fleet in the new livery (hardly new now) for the summer? they have a 757, a330, 767 from skyservice and the leased 738 from futura? Prob wouldnt make financial sense if they are getting rid after the summer season, but sure would look much better!
Also anyone else read Richard Bransons autobiography (£2 off ebay), wont be flying with BA again – theyre pure evil!!

Holiday, i wish, i live in Tenerife. TFS Only has 1 terminal, there is another terminal due to open but its not completely finished yet.
So did I:) To the north of the one terminal is where the biz jets usually park, was it there or in either of the two lines of airline aircraft?
From your posts, you might be a rep?;)

Hmmmm, there wasnt any mention of a airline atall so it will remain a mystery.

Probably B757 EC-ISY. It flies (flew?) with “Windows Server 2008” titles and the MS logo.

Does microsoft have any private jets?
Yes they do, and the oldest one’s are the best with 98 Windows…:p

Spanair have an A.320 and Adria have a CL-600 both advertising Microsoft, but their airline titles are very prominent, so you shouldn’t have missed these!

Hope the weather was good for your holiday! Was the a/c parked to the north of the terminal with the biz jets or with the usual airline crowd?:)

They were on the fuselage, just after the cockpit, i just thought it was unusual as no mention of an airline.
By: EGTC - 2nd October 2009 at 16:33
Where was the logos, tail or fuselage?
By: sarah1980 - 2nd October 2009 at 13:16
No, the plane was painted with microsoft windows with the windows logo also, thats all it had on it,nothing todo with an airline. i was wondering if anyone knew who this .

Like this?
Er… that’s a Boeing livery, not a Microsoft livery.;)

Strange. A quick search has revealed that both Adria and Spanair have promotional Windows/Microsoft colour schemes at the moment, but the airline names are quite prominent on both, so I doubt it would be either of them.

that size aircraft but with windows and the symbol for windows, nothing else.

You will probably need Martin Wright’s DXTbmp program to open the texture files for editing, but then you’ll find changing letters fairly straightforward.

Thanks EGTC i just wanted to see what a mixed Flyjet and Xl livery would look like on 757-200

If you open up the BMP texture file that contains that part of the fuselage you can paint over + re-add your own reg. It will have to remain for personal use though because to distribute it on the likes of avsim will require the original repainters permission.
If you have any questions feel free to PM me.

Sorry for interrupting EGTC but I have recently downloaded the Chipmunk onto FSX, how can I alter the aircraft’s serial number to be that of WP840?
By: EGTC - 15th March 2009 at 13:17
What is it you want doing? I maybe able to teach you to do it as I used to repaint loads. 😎
