load manager

i am having prolems with the load manager when i load an aircraft with a number of passengers while on take off a message arrive telling me that cg model non configuratitid aircraft un flyable:confused:

Your problem is too vague eu, you need to tell us what load manager, what aircraft etc, we need more information
