Can anyone give me an up-to-date list of the locations of the retired BA 747s and how many there are at each location?
I know Manchester and Cardiff have some…how many?

I saw a couple in Pinal close to Marana in Arizona at the end of 2001. They were even doing engine ground runs on one particular machine. I was told it was using the registration N747BA as its callsign! Maybe a few more there now!

Yep, European have took on five as mentioned above. The other are slowly finding their way to the desert I’m afraid….Not sure how many have gone Mojave, but they’ve already started flying them out to the States.

5 are now at Hurn with European Aviation Air Charter, and i think a load are in Mojove
