Good day!!
Does anyone in this vast forum has a close-up picture of the ID plate of an Electra L-188A or a P-3 Orion?? We also want to know where exactly in the cockpit this factory ID plate is located? http://www.catrachowings.com

I went through an ex USN, ex-Spanish P-3A. The data plate was on the right side of the cockpit.
It was interesting that it had the pre-1962 (P3V-1) designation on it.
The plane was owned by the local aviation trade school at the technical college and later passed onto Aero Union for use as a fire bomber.
