It’s 2012 and i have not seen any photo’s of any Tristar’s
Do we know what ones are flying or stored preserved ???
Id like this thread to become a photo thread to see how many turn up.

I got th impression it probably had about 5 hours left on the airframe!
So, given that it’s about a 90-minute trip to Clermont Ferrand, you had 3 1/2 hours in reserve before it crashed.
That’s obviously why you’re still here to tell us about it.

Also one near the “Rainbow Sheikh’s” museum in the Abu Dhabi desert.

There’s one preserved at the Airline History Museum at Kansas City Downtown Airport. I’ve got some photos I’ll post up when I’m home at the weekend if anyone’s interested.
