Log books for ipad

Can anyone recommend a sensible logbook, easy to use and simple for the ipad?

I expect to pay for it but having seen the price of some they do seem too expensive. I don’t want a professional thing, just something I can log the following;

Aircraft
Registration
Captain
Route
Time
Other crew
Pax / p1 / P2
Flight number
Call sign
Provision for a photo or link to a photo of the aircraft

Or is one available than can be adapted? Or, how easy is it to make one?

Any advice appreciated

Thanks
