London Battle of Atlantic including HMS Edinburgh last visit

Damn and blast!!!

I went down especially to HMS Belfast to look at (but not go aboard) HMS Edinburgh; nowhere did I see any mention that HMS Illustrious would be open to the public (or even present at Greenwich)?

If you were very, very patient.

Surprisingly the RNHF Swordfish was able to make a flyby in conditions that were getting pretty rough to say the least

The intention was to tour the ship, but a minimum two hour-long queue persuaded me that the Cutty Sark was a better option

She looks in wonderful order, I for one feel sad that the Type-42 is going to be signed to history so soon.

and dosn’t she look nice for a ship that will probably be scrap in a few months,along with her sisters on the trots at Fareham.
