London Heathrow 15.11.07

Hi all,
Spent a glourious morning at LHR yesterday, weather was just superb. I managed to shoot 5GB of images but on returning home I tried to download them to my pc from my Gigaone and it does not recognise the damm thing anymore (has anyone else had this problem with the Gigaone external HDD?), so from a great morning I had a very frustrating afternoon. Still managed to save some shots that were still on my cards. Hope you like them.

Si

Great shots, there in fantastic conditions but can’t help feeling the best one was not a Boeing or Airbus but the one that stayed too high!!

Stunning shots sir, is it me or does the Virgin 340-300 look a bit patchy and haggard?

Lovely, sharp pictures. Difficult to pick a favourite, but the Cathay Pacific has the edge for me.

Wonderful! The AA 777 looks stunning and is naturally my favourite! 😉

It does look fantastic. Any idea of the registration as I cannot make it out? I flew into Heathrow on N778AN this morning.

Rwy 09R departures I can assume?
Si some fantastic images there, and they all appear to be really crisp and sharp.
If I had to pick a favourite I would have to say it would be the Qantas Jumbo, but I also agree with ‘widmeister’, the angle on the Virgin A340 is fantastic
Thank you for sharing

Some nice shots there Si. Best for me being the last shot …. Virgin A340. Good angle on that one.
