Decided to cross the channel to do some dreamliner hunting this Friday and Saturday.
A mission that almost came to a premature end through a roasting Ethiopian.
The Friday started overcast, the clouds broke around noon.
My apologies for the dustspots, I missed them while editing.
The saturday started off a lot brighter, approach had shifted to the Hatton Cross end however.
Managed to shoot this one right through the fence, using the shallow focus depth of a fully open apperture

Nice stuff Eddy. That TAM 767 is awesome. Those dust spots are a nuisance. After every trip I am spending hours getting rid of them from photos :apologetic:

Good set. LHR sure has a lot of B787’s now.

Nice selection and it’s seems your mission was successful. Frankfurt almost got 5 flight a day including ET(delayed 30 july)/AI/NH/QR(2x) maybe an idea for your next hunt.

Lovely selection. Still not sure about the off grey/silver on new American. The BA773 looks sooo long, and a bit grubby. Just noticed all the blanked out windows on the United 787. LHR is turning into a real 787 hub !
