Amazing to hear that the seemingly doomed Shackleton has been saved, and moved to Newquay , Cornwall, for a planned restoration. The costs involved in acquisition and transport show a major commitment to the task, which must bode well for its future.

Reports on Fighter Control this morning that WR985 has now departed from St Mawgan, with reports of it road running on the M25 near Potters Bar – does anyone have any idea where it might be heading?
