The look at life film series were made by Rank Films in the 1960’s originally to be shown in the Odeon and Gaumont cinemas – I have been meaning to post a few for ages but just kept forgetting LOL
The Car Has Wings (1963)
Moving your car via Ferry,Train and/or Carvair 🙂 – HQ film showing some lovely old cars and eventually showing Carvair and Bristol Freighter ops (inc to switzerland).
The Big Take Off (1966) – HQ film showcasing the British Aircraft Industry – with some lovely colour footage 🙂
Flying To Work (1964) – HQ colour about business flying and also private pilots using strips etc – gorgeous 🙂

Thanks for posting these. I’d forgotten that the HS 125 was capable of operation off grass. All in all a real dose of nostalgia.

From time to time, they are also shown on the Talking Pictures TV channel…
