Contact ASI at Kemble they do exactly this sort of stuff especially 737 cockpits. Their details can be found after doing a quick google search. I was also at Bournemouth 2 weeks back and a number of 737’s were being axed or awaiting the chop, not sure who does the salvage work at Bournemouth?

You will more likely get one in the USA, but not impossible in the UK. Usually the instruments are cannibalized though.
