Looking for a source regarding LH and UA rumors

At some other forums I have heard two very interesting rumors, but couldn´t find anything about it elsewhere.
The first rumor is regarding Lufthansa and it is possible interest in the 777-200LRF freighter as well as the 777-300ER.

Here are some statements i´ve found :

LH are talking to Boeing about both the 777 Freighter, and -300ERs. Again, I don’t see the latter happening, but it is under consideration.

But the rumors stem from the following: LH has some very aggresive expansion planned in the future and they will require new widebodies one way or another. LH is happy with their A346 fleet, their only discontent stems from the narrow airspeed band at which the aircraft cruises with maximum efficency. Hardly a fiasco that would cause LH to switch types.
But… a not so far-fetched rumor is of a 772LRF order. In that event, the 773ER would fit into LH’s fleet almost as easily as more A346. LH has noted the excellent performance AF and JL are getting out of their 773ERs, and a split fleet would allow LH to negotiate better deals from both manufacturs. LH states they have no intention of going all-Airbus…

The other rumor is reagrding UA and a possible help plan by Airbus.
According to this Airbus wants UA to sell its 744 and replace it with A340.
Therefore UA has not to pay for these airplanes for 2 years.

Two very unlikely rumors -besides of the 777LRF, I think !! If anyone can give me a trustful scource abot the talks of LH and Boeing -other then these statements above, it would be very nice !!
