Looks like he might have Enlisted at Cardington in Sep 1940 aged 26. AC2 at Death 5 months later – should have completed Basic Training (square-bashing, jabs, etc)? Still at the ITW (Initial Training Wing) Torquay?

The National Probate Calendar, available to view to subscribers on ancestry.co.uk, records the following:
EVANS, Ronald Alfred, of Market Place, South Normanton, Derbyshire, died 28 February 1941 at Babbacombe, Torquay. Probate Nottingham 13 January to Alfred John Evans, postmaster, and Phyllis Mary Charlesworth, spinster.
The Burials Register for the Parish of South Normanton, also available on ancestry.co.uk, includes a note which states that he “died at the Sefton Hotel, Torquay, whilst serving with the Royal Air Force.”
