No because its still his work,if he saw his photo had been edited and could give credible evidence that this were his photo,then in worst cases he could sue you because you did not get proper permission to do this to his photo.

Yup I saw it.The webmaster deleted it because you had re-designed a picture without permission from the photographer,hence copyright.
