Lost SD camera card at Legends

I posted this in the photographic session but maybe some “non-photo” friend found it, you never know..

It’s a very very long shot, but I was suggested to put my query here since there might have been a lot of you there that day.. anyway, here goes:

Duxford Flying Legends 2009 on Saturday, I was there and like most of you I admired/took pics of the FW190 flying for the first time in the UK, just to realise on the way back home that I had lost the very SD card that had its pics in it!

I don’t care much for the SD card per se, but I would have loved to have the pics back, if any of you found it or if you know someone that might have had, I would be really grateful if you could reunite me with the pics! Needless to say you can keep the SD card!!

Best

Alex

Might have been better to post this earlier, as two years after the event is a long shot in the extreme.
I attached a sticky name and address label to all my SD cards just in case

Maybe a good idea if you use multiple cards is to have a protected Jpeg on them which contains contact details – then if someone does find it and they stick it on their computer to view, the first image will be your details?

what a clever idea………. never thought of that!

Well you can be sure that anyone here who found the card will return it. But as that might be a long shot I am also sure that some amongst the forum’s excellent photographers will share their 190 pictures with you from that occasion.:)
