loud or what…

im sorry if this seems a stupid subjet..but i thought it might be fun.. 😀

its a simple question;. what it your opinion is or was the loudest aircraft you have ever seen or heard about….i can recall the XB-70 was renowned for being pretty loud and the tu-95 bear hurts the ears apparently.
my vote has got to be the RR spey powerd F-4 phantoms the RAF had..i can remember hearing them 2 or 3 minutes before they passed over..much louder then the tornados or F-15s i see today. you could feel your ribs vibrate when a phantom roared over…
