Got a new lens and decided to try it out yesterday, i looked out the window at 6:45am and the sun was splitting the sky not a cloud in site and then 3 hrs later this is what it was like the sun was trying to break through but no joy. Sorry for the quality, constuctive comments welcome as always.

manston there is roumer going round that the reason berlin is stopping is that they are putting the landing charges up at stanstead but that is just the roumer dont know if there is any truth in it, if anybody knows any different would be good to hear from them.

Its not confirmed, AB have told me personaly it will not be axed, its just not on sale for winter yet, like there other domestic STN routes (MAN abd BFS).

What lens did you get?
I went over yesterday afternoon too, hoping for a wee bit of a break in the clouds, to try out a new 100-400mm IS L series lens, got similar shots, havent bothered editing them as the light was mince.
