I am wondering if any body can help.A local report taken from the book The austerity olympics by Janie Hampton as a German Helmut Bantz says he was a Luffwaffe battle of britain pilot.
I am wondering if any body can confirm if this German was one.
Any more information would be great.
This any body listed the Luffwaffe crew shot down in the Battle of Britain ?

He was not shot down but captured as a POW in 1945: Wikipedia
