Just an (maybe foolish) idea seeing Hugo Broch sitting in a Spitfire: What about a British WWII fighter pilot flying in the G-12? It would be interesting to get an opinion of the “other side”. Iยดd love to read / hear the comments….
BTW: DB powered would even be better, but Merlin will at least sound familiar.

Given Broch spent all his time with JG.54, and joined them in Jan ’43, I suspect 95% of his combat flying was done in the Fw.190, as JG.54 converted from the 109 to the 190 in spring of ’43.
He looks bloody good for a 95 year old though :cool:

Great stuff.
Mind you, he could also now fly in a ‘109!

It would be lovely if he was able to be taken up in the new build Bf109 G-12. Just one last beat up for the boys! .

It says Hugo Broch in the subtitle.
EDITED: I misunderstood … :stupid: … you mean the PIC, right?

Hope we are that good at 95 or even alive maybe! Anybody know who the pilot is?
