Luftwaffe anhänger A1 with English tank!

I found this remade from wartime parts frame from a A1 german wagon , front is unkown , and the water tank is a englisch unknown tank for liquid , does anybody know about this?? best Jabba

I think I may be wrong, it is too small to be what I first stated, it is possibly a ‘Standard Steel’ USAAF A3.

Thanks !! Soon this will be mine ,I collect Luftwaffe ground equipment thats why i want this wagon , but I guess i have to rebuild the RAF tank to…. how does the undercarrige look like to it?? Best Jabba
