Well I can see a ‘Spitfire fuselage’ there but it just may be a trick of the light. That could be the ‘butt strap’ reinforcement for a Merlin Seafire for the rear spar attachment in the area behind the the prop tip of the Stampe.
Can you possibly please send me a high res image privately for closer examination?

Would that be a Spitfire Fuselage, the shape does look a bit like a canopy.
