G’day folks,
Just a quick note. I’ve heard from a reliable source that the LVG will NOT be flying at Shuttleworth this Sunday – don’t know why not, and I presume it’ll be on the flightline.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news…

No brainer I’m afraid, Old warden wins every time. I always used to think Duxford had a certain magic about it. Then after 30 years away I re-discovered Old Warden.
Duxford was great (before they moved the display line) and is still good, but OW has magic.

Quite right MotF – it’s always worth visiting Old Warden on a flying day. Mike, I don’t think S’worth are too worried about a Black 6 type problem – they’ll be very aware of the number of disapointed people, so I guess it’s a genuine U/S problem, as they’dve fixed anything elst (pilot availability etc)
Cheers

Very sad.
I’m just glad I saw her fly at the Pageant in September

Does this mean that it will not fly again?. If so that very late flight, made in the twilight after the last evening airshow, was her last ever. Glad I saw it.
