Lytham St Annes area? Want to commemorate 11/11 in a meaningful manner?

Harold Jellicoe, an ‘erk’ from WW2 has died aged 99 in his care home. He has no relatives to attend his funeral being a single guy and old to boot.

The ceremony is 11am Monday, Lytham Park Crematorium.

A Facebook call to try and boost the congregation for what otherwise could be a pretty sparse service has gone out.

Too far for me.

Anyone?

Just watched a clip on ITV Granada about this and circa 2000 are expected now.

That’s a real shame. Too far myself too, but can you post a link to the Facebook page, please, so we can spread the word? Done a search, but nothing came up.
