One thing that annoys me is that M.Ps, and MEPs are allowed to have members of their families as assistants, researchers etc. As many of them are Millionairs, do they need a pay rise at this time, when our economy is so bad?.What’s fair for one, is fair for everyone, I expect that their excuse is, “Well, there are ONLY 650 of us, compared to you plebs”

I see our M.Ps would like a 32% pay rise, Do they deserve to get it when most of us just struggle along, with pension, and pay rises frozen?.(BBC News)

Just proving that most MPs of whatever shade are totally detached from reality, they can have the same rise that they are enthusiastically allotting to everyone else,1%.
