Macedonian Air Force equiping

I am for the first time hear and i will like to know is any one knows something more about Macedonian Air Force equiping plans. I know that it will receive unknown number of helicopters (among them Bo 105)from Germany during 2001. is this true. Is anyone knows something more about the plans for receiving L-59 or L-159 (I am not shure) from Czech Republic, 20 F-5A/B from Turkey, MiG-21bis and Mi-24 from Bulgaria and Mi-8/17 Hips from Ukraine. i hope that someone here knows something more.
