Flying coach is an stressing experience. Once you get in the front you don´t want to go back to porky class. I had the pleasure of flying Iberia Business Plus. 75 kilos allowance, in three pieces, and a short domestic hop in a A320. Nobody in the front cabin. Just me, and a flight attandant just to flatter me in the 45 minutes hop from SCQ to MAD.
I had a snack with tomato juice. Then I had a couple of hours to relax in the Iberia VIP Lounge which I have to say is excelent. Showers, beds to relax, free wifi, three bars, snack buffet, restaurant, and plenty of reading materials, and nice views to the platform. MAD-JFK with priority bording, a different finger. The cabin layout in the A340-600 is quite confortable in Business. Lie flat, and arragement 2X2X2. Champagne prior take off and a nice toiletries kit. Well stocked toilet, snacks at the back and a really friendly crew.
Decent AVOD system, and a gourmet meal, designed by top chef Sergi Arola. Of course wines are excelent. I had stuffed duck salad, and fish. Desserts are exquisite. Nice sleep, and excelent snack before landing in JFK.
Great and enjoyable flight.

They are refitting the Business Class. Pitch will be now 2.20 m between seats. Formerly it was 1,85 m. Impressive 😮

Some meal pics of my flight back. We used the BA Lounge at JFK which is even better. I had a refreshing shower before my flight. We had a pleasant night flight with an excelent meals. This time, passengers used the same finger which meant Business passengers got first, and coach had to cross the Business cabin.
After a light breakfast. We landed in Madrid and went to Barajas VIP lounge again at T4 where I could use the showers again, a nice cappuchino, and some sleep at the relax cabins. My domestic flight I order some canapes and champagne.
