Major Airforce attrition rates

There are many experts on this forum on various Airforces.

Let’s try to collate public domain information on the crash rates of various airforces per 10,000 flying hours.

Let’s start with USAF, PLAAF, Russia, Indian Air Force, Pak Air Force and then go on.

Again, let’s try to use public domain info.

I know this could lead to flame wars, but then again, most threads do anyway.

In the meanwhile let’s try to get some useful comparative info.
