making amends

I am very sorry to aknow that I was probably wrong when in an old letter I put the blame of CASA´s ligth transports accidents on the Turkish side. Yesterday’s accident of a civilian example here in Spain seems to add new ligth and it is not rose for us spaniards. What do you think?
