Does anyone have advice on a cheap way of making canopies and multi curvature glazings or a company that can do same ?
I am sure the question has been asked before but I cant find the answers!

yep, (6mm perspex copies). I’m going to make some kind of frame to mount them on top of my instrument panel.

Lexan is a trade name for polycarbonate and is supposed to be less likely to craze. You do need to heat it to reduce stresses, or, as we discovered, hairline cracks develop. I had some Auster screens made out of Plexiglass in Canada by a firm called Mac Plastics. I know they also made the blown canopies for Canadian Chipmunks.

Lexan is a little easier and cheaper to work with..
