So it takes eight months to flight test a production aircraft, surely not? Presumably interior fittings would be included in this time frame.

Which airline is next to take delivery of the first A380 after Malaysian? British Airways?
I believe that China Southern is close to getting theirs first A380. Though they might get theirs before Malaysia does?
