Malcolm Bent, former owner of J.P.3A XN584. Phoenix Aviation, Bruntingthorpe.

I have just recieved the very sad news that our great friend and one of the finest men we have ever known, Malcolm Bent, former owner of J.P.3.A. XN584 and long time member of the Phoenix Aviation Museum at Bruntingthorpe, has passed away in the Queen Medical Centre, Nottingham.

Malcolm was one of those guys who just made you feel good when he was around, he was one of lifes gents and we are proud to have been able to call him a friend. The world is a bit less of a place tonight without him.

Our thoughts are with Sarah his partner, his family and his many friends.

We will miss you,
