Malmen Airshow, Sweden 2010-06-13.

Such a great airshow. Good weather, but the backlighting was terrible at times. Thankfully the sky was partly cloudy. Bad weather arrived just as the last arial performance was finished. Perfect timing!:)

My favorites were the 39-7, more known as Gripen Demo, the C-17, a mass take off of SK 60´s, and of course the return of the J35 Draken. Finally!

The Gripen Demo made a welcomed surprise visit. It recently returned from India were it did everything the Indians wanted, and then some.
The power of the F414 is not to be underestimated. The Gripen Demo clearly proved to be a better performer in comparison to the A/B/C/D versions. It carried 4X AMRAAM´s, 2X IRIS-T and one center line fuel tank. Nice!:)

The C-17 impressed with its excellent agility and its short landing run. An amazing machine!
