MAN Moments (10/8/06)

A strange day, in a number of ways.

I’ve included this shot to show you just how patchy and up-and-down the light actually was:

Great pictures! I was also there that day, and I agree it was very wierd, very eeerie feeling seeing all the US-bound aircraft still sat at gates at 3 and 4pm…

Thanks, chaps. 🙂

Bhoy is right, the Tu154 operated the scheduled Bulgaria Air flight.

Great shots as ever Lance!

BBC News dubbed Manchester yesterday
“The UK’s largest regional airport”

Anything outside London being regional, obviously

Didn’t think an airline like Emirates would be happy having their B773ER parked on a remote? alot of buses to empty it I would guess too! nice shots Lance :).

LZ? That would be Bulgaria. And isn’t that the Bulgarian flag all along the fuselage, too?

Could that just be a pointer to it belonging to a Great Uncle from Wimbledon Common?

😉

LZ-BTZ belongs to the Goverment of Bulgaria, although it does apparantly also operate the occasional flight for Bulgaria Air.
