Great pictures! I was also there that day, and I agree it was very wierd, very eeerie feeling seeing all the US-bound aircraft still sat at gates at 3 and 4pm…

Didn’t think an airline like Emirates would be happy having their B773ER parked on a remote? alot of buses to empty it I would guess too! nice shots Lance :).

LZ? That would be Bulgaria. And isn’t that the Bulgarian flag all along the fuselage, too?
Could that just be a pointer to it belonging to a Great Uncle from Wimbledon Common?

LZ-BTZ belongs to the Goverment of Bulgaria, although it does apparantly also operate the occasional flight for Bulgaria Air.
